Abstract
Product configuring systems (PCS) enable companies to develop product alternatives to facilitate sales and production processes. Hence, PCS projects are kind of complex IT projects and have driven significant amount of research and development lately. This qualitative case study research aims to evaluate the Scrum training for PCS projects. This study, first, aims at assessing and understanding the training experiences at the case company. Secondly, through interview, we investigate about the quality of the current training at the case company for PCS projects.
